By using Letters to Heal, you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose
Letters to Heal is a space for sharing personal letters related to emotional healing. You may share your letter publicly, using your real name or a pseudonym, or anonymously.
2. User Responsibilities
By submitting a letter, you confirm that:
- The content is your own original writing
- You will not include others’ full names or private information without their permission
- Your letter does not promote hate, abuse, or harassment
- You understand this is a community for emotional healing, not clinical therapy
We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content.
3. Content Use and Rights
You retain full ownership of your submitted letter.
By submitting a letter, you grant Letters to Heal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Display it on the website based on your settings
- Store it securely
- Republish it in future projects (e.g. book or audio collection) only if you have given permission. Your letter will never be republished with your email, and your name will only be included if you chose to provide it.
4. Communication
If you opted in, we may contact you about related projects. You can opt out anytime.
5. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use this site for commercial promotion
- Scrape, republish, or misuse content without permission
- Attempt to interfere with site operation or access other users’ data
6. Not a Substitute for Therapy
This platform is not a mental health service. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or crisis support service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
